Before & After Care

We allow for homework time when the children return to the center in the afternoons. Some families prefer children to get their energy out and save their homework for home. Other families have busy schedules and extracurricular activities and find it helpful for children to get a head start on their homework.

  • We are committed to affirming and encouraging kids as they progress through the school year.
  • Experienced caregivers provide consistent mentorship and a balanced schedule for school age children.
  • Fun and interactive activities every day to keep schoolers engaged and excited!
  • We partner with families to help with homework routines and individualize educational support.
  • Low student to teacher ratios.
  • Focus on teamwork and team building fosters lasting friendships.
  • Year-round program that includes special event days during holidays and when school is not in session.
  • Safety is our first priority. From our bus procedures to daily classroom rules, your children are in excellent hands.
  • Transportation is provided by the local First Student Company provided by CCSS.

🚨 Parenting Hack - using AI! 🙌🏻

Storytime just got a whole lot sweeter

Last week at a mastermind, I learned another use case withth Ai—and I think other parents might appreciate this too.

Instead of reading the same children’s books on repeat (think The Hungry Caterpillar or Where the Wild Things Are), some parents are using AI to create custom bedtime stories that feature their own kids as the main characters.

🤯🤯 💡💡 🙌🏻 🙌🏻

You can tell AI your child’s name, a few fun details (like their favorite animal or color), and even the kind of adventure they might want to go on—and out comes a short, fun, three- to five-minute story written just for them.

You can take it a step further and build in values-based lessons—like kindness, courage, forgiveness, or resilience.

And - you can add in a Bible verse at the end to reinforce the message with a little spiritual guidance. (You don’t have to know the Bible verse. You can ask AI to pick one that matches the theme of the story!)

(We’ve got severall faith-filled families at Fundamentals, and I love that this gives you a way to blend storytime with scripture.)

As a dad, I know how meaningful it is to see your kid light up when they hear their name in a story—and even more so when the story is about their bravery, their kindness, or their big, curious heart.

So if you haven’t played with AI in this way yet—this is your sign to give it a try.

Free. Easy. And honestly, a really beautiful way to end the day.

Ps I use chatgpt but im sire it will work on other we platforms

👉 Want to try it yourself? I’ve dropped a sample prompt in the comments so you can copy, paste, and customize it for your kid tonight.

Prompt - Write a short story (3–5 minutes) for a toddler (or whatever your child’s age) featuring a child named [insert child’s name] who goes on a fun adventure involving [insert theme—e.g., kindness, courage, helping others]. Make the tone playful and age-appropriate. At the end, include a Bible verse that reinforces the lesson of the story. The story should be warm, imaginative, and help spark a meaningful bedtime conversation. * and if you have other kids in certain their names as well and tell chat to include them in the story.

Such a great prompt!
