Our pay scale is built upon a combination of education, years of experience, professional membership in ECE organizations and considers on-the-job performance as measured by Environment Rating Scale’s Assessments. Simply put, the more education & experience you have plus the higher you perform in the classroom – the higher wage you earn!
If you don’t already have professional education specific to the field of early childhood education, we will pay for you to earn it! We will facilitate scholarships on your behalf and cover the cost not covered for you to climb the ladder and earn your professional designation/degree in Early Childhood Education!
